Please note this is a five day period
Check in anytime from 17:00 (5:00pm) Wednesday. Please do not arrive earlier <3 It is a private mansion and not a hotel; so we are still setting up before then and getting our caterers in.
Players may stay anytime until 14:00 (2:00pm) on the final Sunday to socialise and eat lunch. You have your bedrooms until that time, should you wish to sleep late.
Cost
The game costs £850 (GBP) to play. Price includes VAT, residential board on site for all nights, and is fully catered. You may pay in seven instalments of £123, all-at-once, or custom fractions.

Participation at the larp; beautifully set in our Grade II historical wedding mansion in Devon
Full Board; Standard Room on site for all x4 nights (Weds night — Saturday night; checkout Sunday)
Full Catering (Arrival Weds night welcome meal; breakfast, lunch and dinner on Thursday, Friday and Saturday; final breakfast and lunch on Sunday)
Drinks: Spring water, cordial, instant tea and coffee always available (and presses if you bring your own coffee); red and white wine after dinner (vegan and non-vegan)

Huntsham Court sits in the spectacular rolling countryside on the Devon/Somerset Border and within striking distance of regional commercial centres, making it an excellent venue for easy transport near Exeter, Taunton and Bristol. The mansion is also situated on the edge of Exmoor National Park and is an easy drive to Dartmoor.
Nearest Station
Tiverton Parkway is only six miles from the mansion and has speed links to London (1 hour 55 minutes) Bristol (45 minutes) and Exeter (15 minutes). This station is just 12 minutes away by taxi to Huntsham Court. The postcode (EX16 7NA) brings you to the door.
Tiverton Parkway is a mainline rail station situated right next to Junction 27 of the M5. The station is not in Tiverton but actually just off the A361 so other guests coming by road will drive past the station to get to the house.
By Road:
Huntsham Court enjoys excellent road and rail links. When you leave Junction 27 of the M5 you are on winding country roads and within twelve minutes you will have arrived at the House. Directions by road are downloadable on our ‘Download’ page and with a SatNav the postcode should bring you to the door.

From the M5 JUNCTION 27 exit the journey takes about 12 minutes. Set your milometer to zero here. If you have satellite navigation our postcode EX167NA brings you exactly to the house.
From the M5, junction 27, take the A361 towards Sampford Peverill/Parkway and almost immediately (200 yards) take the slip road off to the left to ‘Parkway’ and Sampford Peverell. (NB. You go past Tiverton parkway station here if you are collecting friends from the train).
Proceed through the village and about 800 yards after the village take a right turn sign posted to Uplowman, after a bend to the right follow the road as it curves 90 degrees left (almost like a T junction). Continue on and at the cross roads in Uplowman head straight across on towards Huntsham. The road winds so keep following it. After about a further 4 miles (6.5miles from junction 27 of the M5) you will enter Huntsham village and on reaching the 'grass triangle' at Huntsham you will see the red gate, red sign and Huntsham Lodge. Go through the gate and proceed up the drive.
UNLOADING / PARKING
We recommend you bring the car to the front door to unload then park in the car park past the
deliveries entrance in our car park.
By Air:
Helicopters can also land on site (weather permitting) and there is a private airstrip three miles away where we can arrange landing and parking if needed. Nearest major airports are Bristol Airport (50mins) and Exeter Airport (30mins). However these are small airports and there are few flights. It is expected that most participants will fly in to London Heathrow and either take the train to Tiverton Parkway, or get on the vampire bus we will organise.
